He was a non-executive director of National Australia Bank (NAB) from March 2000 to December 2014, including Chairman of its wealth management division MLC.
Geoff is currently Independent Chairman of Growthpoint Properties Australia Limited and Independent Non-Executive Director of IRESS Limited.
Ray is co-founder and former Executive Chairman of Calibre, with over 40 years’ experience in the engineering and resources sectors in Australia and South Africa.

Graham was Executive Chairman of G&S Engineering Services Pty Ltd at the time of the sale to Calibre Group. He founded G&S Engineering Services in 1995 and was responsible for all facets of the operation involved in growing the business, from formation to eventual sale of the business to Calibre Group. Graham has held senior executive positions in mining and oil, including as Managing Director of Ahden Engineering Australia Pty Ltd.
Graham began his career in 1971 with an Apprenticeship and Associate Diploma in mechanical engineering. He chairs the Regional Development Australia Board for the Mackay Isaac Whitsunday region, and is also a mentor and advisor to several start-up businesses.

With former roles in an Executive capacity within the Thiess and MIM Holdings groups, and formerly having been engaged as the Managing Director of AMCI Australia Pty Ltd, Brian has been a leader in growing and managing substantial global enterprises in the engineering and resources sectors.
Brian is also the founder and director of ADV Resources LP, a privately held investment management company incorporating a diverse range of investments in the resources, agriculture, manufacturing, and engineering related services sectors. These interests include investments in new innovative technology platforms in composite manufacturing and in mining technologies enterprises.
Brian was previously a Director of Calibre and was associated with the growth of the company providing engineering and engineering management related services throughout the Australian resources and infrastructure development industries.

Peter has over 20 years’ experience in the operations, maintenance and infrastructure services industry across multiple sectors and geographies including oil and gas, mining and power, property, utilities, facilities management, telecommunications, defence and infrastructure. Prior to joining Calibre Peter was with Transfield Services in the roles of Executive Finance Officer - Sydney (2013), Executive VP Finance & CFO - Americas (2010-2013) and CFO - FT Services Canada (2006-2010). In addition Peter held various other key finance and accounting roles within Transfield Services.
Peter holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and National University of Singapore, a BComm (Economics/Finance) from Macquarie University and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).
Anne has extensive experience in the mining and energy sectors, both as an advisor and as independent non-executive director of listed and unlisted companies. She is currently operating as a consultant to mining and investment businesses in the coal sector. With a background in accounting and finance, Anne’s previous roles in the resources industry include positions with major companies such as BHP, ARCO and MIM Holdings, as well privately held investment organisations such as AMCI and First Reserve Corporation (FRC). Anne has worked on mine sites as well as in corporate roles and has significant experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and contract negotiation.
Dod joined First Reserve in 2004. His responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring, with particular focus on the equipment, manufacturing and services sector. Read More
